Automotive dealership or customer service experience is preferred, but training is available.

Serves as the primary contact for Quick Lane customers, greeting them, documenting vehicle concerns, recommending maintenance and repairs, preparing repair orders, scheduling appointments, coordinating with technicians, communicating service progress, and resolving concerns. The role supports customer satisfaction, retention, service sales goals, dealership processes, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
