Supports the strategy, administration, performance monitoring, and optimization of digital banking products. Analyzes customer behavior, product usage, market trends, and KPIs to recommend enhancements and improve adoption. Develops requirements, process flows, testing plans, and implementation documentation; coordinates stakeholder input, user acceptance testing, vendors, upgrades, and product launches. Serves as a subject-matter expert and supports escalated product-related questions.

Monitors and investigates suspicious activity and potentially fraudulent transactions, analyzes transaction patterns and supporting documentation, and prepares regulatory and internal reports. The role requires confidentiality, strong analytical and communication skills, adaptability, and accuracy under deadlines. This is a part-time banking position with weekday morning hours that may vary according to business needs.

Leads daily accounting operations for a bank, overseeing financial reporting, general ledger activities, regulatory filings, investment portfolio management, liquidity reporting, and bank holding company accounting. Establishes accounting policies, ensures compliance with GAAP and banking regulations, presents financial information, and coaches the accounting team. Requires strong financial analysis, communication, leadership, and deadline-management skills.
