Supports the hire desk sales team by building customer relationships, conducting outbound telesales, improving customer service, reducing non-conformance reports, monitoring depot transport activities, and maintaining health and safety compliance. The role requires customer service and selling experience, strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, active listening, and IT literacy.

Leads a team of engineers and technicians delivering temporary works designs, including cofferdams, formwork, falsework, propping, and jacking schemes. Reviews and checks designs, manages deadlines, supports sales and operations, attends client meetings and site visits, leads improvement projects, and mentors team members. Requires at least five years of temporary works design experience and a civil or structural engineering qualification.

Develop and implement sales tactics for Scotland, grow revenue from existing and new products, promote pre-engineered solutions, prepare design briefs, and build relationships with construction, civil engineering, groundworks, and plant hire customers. The role targets key accounts, supports national account development, resolves customer issues, and monitors construction projects and sales opportunities. A driving licence and relevant sector sales experience are required.
