Produce temporary works designs for excavation support, propping, formwork and falsework; check drawings to BS5975:2019; attend client meetings and site visits; review sales briefs; manage workload and contribute to continuous improvement.

Lead and manage the Development Engineering Team to own the product development roadmap from concept to delivery. Ensure products are safe, compliant, commercially effective and scalable. Provide technical oversight, drive innovation and continuous improvement, manage investigations and root cause analysis, ensure accurate technical documentation, embed commercial thinking, align engineering with business and customer needs, and represent the company externally when required.
