Supervise steel erector teams on customer construction sites, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of temporary works projects. Responsibilities include directing site resources, enforcing SHEQ standards, interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with managers, engineers and customers, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining company vehicles and tools. The role requires construction supervision experience, lift supervision capability, work-at-height readiness, and travel across the UK.

Produce temporary works designs for excavation support, propping, formwork and falsework; check drawings to BS5975:2019; attend client meetings and site visits; review design briefs; manage workload and contribute to continuous improvement.
