Leads development and enhancement of enterprise applications and branch platforms. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and supports .NET, Oracle, IAM, Azure, reporting, and web solutions. Manages source control, CI/CD pipelines, performance testing, accessibility compliance, infrastructure-related work, migrations, and technical troubleshooting. Analyzes business processes, recommends improvements, develops technical documentation, leads code reviews, and provides technical guidance to project managers and senior leadership.
