Lead development and maintenance of enterprise and program-level business architecture for Ontario government. Create business architecture artifacts, data and process models, align architectures to solution and information architectures, govern architecture practices, and engage stakeholders to drive integration and service design alignment.

Design and iterate user-centered interfaces and service experiences for web and mobile. Lead UX research, workshops, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing to ensure accessible, intuitive products aligned with stakeholder needs.

Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for enterprise data and stakeholder platforms. Manage and prioritize backlogs across concurrent initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, support QA/testability, drive process improvements, identify risks/dependencies, and support delivery across the full SDLC in a regulated/public sector environment.
