Serve as a Principal GEOINT subject-matter expert supporting DoD/IC programs. Provide leadership on GEOINT standards, conformance, interoperability, data formats, modeling, fusion, and analytics. Advise governance processes (DISR, ICSR, DoDAF, JITC, JCIDS/JROC), brief senior leadership, and collaborate across technical teams.

Senior consultant providing strategic business and financial management support for DoD/IC programs. Requires expertise in DoD/IC financial planning, budgeting and execution (AF9s, MIPRs), project management (PMP/DAWIA Level III), cost estimating/analysis, acquisition processes, Agile/Waterfall tailoring, configuration management, system roadmaps, and Analysis of Alternatives. Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.

Provide SME-level technical guidance to DoD intelligence production: develop advanced GEOINT/MASINT/SIGINT analytic training, advise on phenomenology and mission processes, recommend and guide automation of analytic workflows across cloud environments, and apply modeling, data analysis, and intelligence tool expertise to support government implementation.
