Perform generator and large-load interconnection studies (RMS and EMT), develop and validate simulation models (PSS/E, PSCAD), prepare ISO/utility submittals, and support senior leads across client engagements with growing independence.

Develop NC programs for fabricating tight-tolerance parts on 3-, 4- and 5-axis high-speed machines. Interpret customer designs and specifications, determine machining requirements, prepare and optimize cutter paths to maximize machine efficiency, and run/verify programs using company manufacturing software.

Design, implement, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems using PLC/HMI/SCADA (Rockwell, Schneider, CODESYS). Program in Python/Java/C/C++. Diagnose electrical/instrumentation issues with Fluke tools, verify control loops, field I/O, and interpret P&IDs. AutoCAD Electrical experience and AI/MQTT/IIoT integration are advantages. Position requires domestic and international travel (50-60%).
