Manage cost accounts using Earned Value Management System practices, monitor earned value performance, communicate financial and project information, and support federal facility program requirements. The role requires at least five years of experience, prior Cost Account Manager experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, U.S. citizenship, background and drug screening, Real ID compliance, and current or obtainable DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Leads GEOINT standards, conformance, interoperability, and governance efforts across DoD and Intelligence Community enterprise environments. Advises on data formats, integration practices, and interoperability involving multiple assets, platforms, capabilities, and allied systems. Supports DISR, ICSR, DoDAF, JITC, JROC, and JCIDS processes; applies geospatial data modeling, fusion, and analytics to military and intelligence operations; and briefs senior leadership. Requires extensive GEOINT program experience and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.

Supports the operation, maintenance, administration, and security of cloud infrastructure and information systems. Responsibilities include managing Linux and Windows environments, Active Directory, AWS, containers, Kubernetes, scripting and configuration tools, infrastructure as code, and DevSecOps or continuous-delivery environments. The role also requires obtaining DoD IAT Level II and applicable AWS certifications shortly after starting.
