Engineers and administers enterprise Windows infrastructure using MECM/SCCM, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, and PowerShell. Develops technical documentation, executes formal change management, applies DISA STIGs, addresses ACAS/Nessus findings, and supports RMF evidence collection. Designs and troubleshoots integrated endpoint, networking, VDI, and security solutions while participating in an after-hours on-call rotation. Requires an active Top Secret clearance and DoD IAT Level II certification.

Maintain multi-user computer systems, servers, virtual machines, operating systems, applications, and computing resources. Install, configure, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot Oracle Sun, x86, RHEL, and VMware environments. Manage accounts, backups, restores, storage allocation, system documentation, hardware and software installations, and root-cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues. Coordinate with network administrators and support COTS and GOTS applications.

Designs, implements, and sustains secure DevSecOps pipelines and automation in air-gapped and on-premises environments. Architects Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code solutions for repeatable provisioning, configuration, and deployment in disconnected environments. Leads software teams or projects, applies Agile development processes, and manages CI/CD using version control, build, and test automation tools.
