Assists preschool and early childhood program staff with classroom activities, child supervision, field trips, meals, transportation, kitchen tasks, cleaning, safety, recordkeeping, and family communication. Supports children with developmental and special needs across classrooms, centers, and bus routes. Maintains safe, organized environments and completes required meetings, training, food service duties, and program documentation.

The Human Resources Manager leads daily HR operations for a multi-site, unionized workforce. Responsibilities include employee and labor relations, investigations, collective bargaining support, onboarding, compensation and classification, HR compliance, leave and workers’ compensation support, HR technology improvements, and supervision of HR staff. The role coaches managers, interprets policies and labor agreements, partners on recruitment, administers onboarding requirements, and supports equitable, legally compliant workplace practices.

Coordinate departmental strategic initiatives, grant-funded projects, budgets, procurement, and fiscal setup. Serve as liaison to Finance, monitor KPIs, produce reports/dashboards, support the Director and cross-departmental operations to ensure timely project execution and compliance.
