MAAC Project Benefits Overview

Leads fiscal administration, grant implementation, business systems, procurement, inventory, billing, compliance, and operational improvement for the Economic Development Department. Oversees budgets, reimbursements, internal controls, dashboards, Salesforce enhancements, cross-functional project implementation, fleet and resource management, and assigned staff. Partners with Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, Compliance, vendors, and program teams to improve efficiency, accountability, reporting, and service delivery.

Supports quality assurance and continuous improvement by monitoring program outcomes, reviewing records, analyzing and reporting data, supporting audits, maintaining confidential documentation, coordinating corrective actions, and assisting with compliance, training, incident reviews, and program evaluations.

Performs routine to moderately difficult accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, fixed asset and fund maintenance, budget analysis, internal audits, and providing technical guidance to accounting support staff. Works with other departments to resolve accounting issues and compiles periodic financial reports and special studies.
