M7 is a leading specialist in pan-European, regional, multi-tenanted commercial real estate and is part of the M7 Investment Group of companies. We have over 225 employees in 15 countries and territories. Our team manages over 610 retail, office, and industrial properties with a value of around €6.9 billion. Established in 2009, the senior management team has worked together for between 10-20 years (on average), managing a portfolio of c. 610 assets comprising 56.0m sq ft with a capital value in excess of €6.9 billion. M7 has four business lines: 1) Private Funds/Listed Vehicles where M7 co-invests alongside multiple investors and acts as investment and asset manager. 2) Separate Account mandates where M7 acts as a third-party asset manager to manage portfolios for institutional, family office and high net worth investors. 3) Joint Ventures where M7 co-invests alongside partners, acting as promoted asset manager. 4) Advisory mandates for existing assets and targeted acquisitions.
