Manage and optimize PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases for performance, security, availability, backup, recovery, and disaster resilience. Design schemas, indexes, and partitions; troubleshoot queries; implement governance and security controls; and support Power BI data solutions. Translate business needs into engineering work, prioritize team tasks, lead standups, mentor colleagues, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply AI and automation to improve database reliability, testing, delivery speed, and operational efficiency.

Serves as the first point of contact for clinical research participants, sponsors, and visitors. Manages reception, phone calls, reminders, forms, scanning, shipments, office supplies, participant referrals, compensation cards, and regulatory document filing. Maintains an organized reception area and provides administrative support to site leadership and participant recruitment staff.

Leads strategic business development for clinical research and trial services. Builds and expands sponsor and CRO relationships, identifies new study and market opportunities, develops account plans and proposals, manages sales pipelines and forecasts, and drives client retention, cross-selling, and revenue growth. Partners with executive leadership, presents solutions to decision-makers, and travels domestically up to 25% for conferences and site visits.
