Lead Netezza DBA responsible for administering and tuning Netezza appliances, supporting development and production environments, capacity planning, security design, data migrations, monitoring, vendor coordination, troubleshooting slow queries, and leading the DBA team including on-call duties.

Develop and deliver Hadoop-based analytics solutions. Plan and execute big data, predictive analytics, and ML initiatives. Build and tune Hive/HQL tables and queries, run Pig jobs, orchestrate HDFS workflows, perform ETL, debug on Linux/Unix, apply OOP/design patterns and TDD practices.
