Leads enterprise FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, financial modeling, profitability reviews, executive reporting, dashboards, and performance management. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable insights, improve data governance, advance planning technology and automation, and lead finance transformation. Oversees analytics capabilities while coaching and developing the FP&A team.

Manage employee benefits client accounts while supporting sales, client retention, and new business development. Responsibilities include organizing workflows, scheduling appointments, processing new and renewal business, preparing group proposals, updating benefits systems, addressing client needs, and building trusted relationships. The role requires insurance knowledge, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and EPIC, and a Life, Accident and Health insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Supports corporate learning and development operations, including migrating content from Learn365 to Workday Learning powered by Sana, testing and documenting LMS functionality, coordinating training programs, managing content, and contributing to organizational development initiatives. The intern collaborates with L&D, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition teams while developing professional relationships and technology skills.
