Own process engineering for bio-methanol and RNG facilities across design, commissioning, startup, operations support, troubleshooting, optimization, and process safety. Develop process documentation and simulations, specify gas treatment and conversion equipment, lead root-cause analyses and improvement projects, manage process changes, support HAZOP and compliance activities, and collaborate with operators, vendors, EPC partners, controls, construction, and project management. The role requires field commissioning support and approximately 40% travel.

Owns electrical power infrastructure for project sites and modular gas-to-methanol plants. Responsibilities include utility interconnections, distribution design, switchgear and protective relaying specifications, onsite generation integration, power converter architecture, synchronization, load sharing, power quality analysis, SCADA/PLC integration, commissioning, and coordination with utilities, EPCs, contractors, and engineering teams.

Lead mechanical design, development, and manufacturing of modular gas-to-methanol process equipment. Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, assembly instructions, SOPs, and work instructions; translate process diagrams into fabrication workflows; support prototyping, testing, quality improvement, root cause analysis, vendor coordination, and scalable production. Mentor teams and collaborate across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing while ensuring compliance with applicable mechanical, electrical, safety, and quality standards.
