Own cross-functional brand management tasks: translate trends into commercial decisions, support NPD pipeline and P&L, manage packaging and regulatory review cycles, coordinate R&D/Regulatory/Ops/partners, enable sales and activation, and monitor competitive and market performance to drive launches on time and on brief.

Manage fixed assets, borrowing base reporting, sales tax reconciliations, prepaid amortization, and MCB accruals. Support monthly close, respond to tax correspondence, lead projects and process improvements, and report food safety/quality issues to appropriate stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end digital strategy and execution across paid, organic, influencer, DTC and Amazon. Build social-first brand voice, run paid media, scale creator programs (including TikTok Shop), measure and optimize performance, and align digital efforts to DTC funnel and product launches.
