Own and improve M1’s IT environment, including Okta identity systems, endpoints, SaaS platforms, office infrastructure, and security controls. Automate provisioning, configuration, reporting, onboarding, and offboarding using scripts, APIs, and config-as-code. Manage vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening, access reviews, asset inventory, logging, audit evidence, and incident response. Serve as an escalation point for IT support while maintaining Chicago office networking, physical security, meeting-room AV, and employee technology.
