Automate provisioning, configuration, reporting, onboarding, and offboarding using scripts, APIs, and config-as-code. Manage vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening, access reviews, asset inventory, logging, audit evidence, and incident response. Serve as an escalation point for IT support while maintaining Chicago office networking, physical security, meeting-room AV, and employee technology.

Leads the fraud and AML function for regulated broker-dealer and investment-advisor businesses. Oversees the full financial-crimes lifecycle, including CIP, KYC, CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, investigations, SAR reporting, surveillance, and funds recovery. Manages and develops AML and fraud professionals, enhances controls through analytics and automation, partners cross-functionally on product risk, monitors regulatory developments, and serves as the senior escalation point for complex investigations.
