Provide excellent customer service and promote optical and hearing services within an M&S store. Assist customers with frame and lens selection, perform basic adjustments and preliminary tests, schedule appointments, manage customer records and stock, support contact lens fitting and marketing events, and work towards store sales targets.

Provide comprehensive eye examinations using OCT and other equipment; diagnose and manage eye diseases; prescribe and fit eyewear; identify general health concerns; train and supervise staff; support store business growth while maintaining regulatory compliance and excellent customer care.
