Teams at M-KOPA

Leads Workplace IT across six countries, owning networks, telephony, infrastructure, endpoints, identity, productivity tools, security hygiene, vendors, budgets, and service performance. Manages a multi-country team supporting offices, warehouses, retail sites, call centres, and more than 2,500 employees. The role requires commercial vendor management, operational resilience, user-focused service delivery, and regular travel of up to 25% across operating markets.

Owns financial management for M-KOPA Uganda, including monthly close, management and statutory reporting, IFRS 9 provisioning, treasury, compliance, audit support, loan-book analysis, and variance reporting. Partners with commercial leadership on unit economics, pricing, product launches, supply decisions, and board-level financial cases. The role also strengthens controls, automates processes, supports regulatory reporting, and ensures compliance with IFRS requirements.

Owns financial management for M-KOPA Nigeria, including monthly close, management reporting, IFRS 9 expected credit loss modeling, treasury, compliance, statutory reporting, audit support, loan-book analysis, controls, and commercial financial modeling. The role partners with commercial and executive teams on unit economics, pricing, product launches, supply decisions, and board-level financial cases while strengthening scalable finance processes.
