The role is on-site and operates across communities in Ghana.

Supports UX and customer research across multiple markets, with approximately 70% of the role focused on telephone interviews and phone-based surveys. Responsibilities include running interviews and usability tests, coding qualitative data, synthesizing findings, creating affinity maps, preparing reports, and presenting insights to product teams. The role also involves in-person fieldwork across South Africa and uses Claude and Notion AI to support research synthesis.
