Lead integrated communications across Sub-Saharan Africa, managing media relations, external and internal messaging, crisis and issues management, agency relationships, budgets, procurement, and country execution. The role requires hands-on writing, media reporting, senior stakeholder partnership, HR change communications, and operational ownership across multiple markets.

Leads Uganda’s customer retention and telesales operation, owning campaign design, lead management, conversion, revenue performance, coaching, and team development. The role manages Team Leaders and agents, improves sales processes and customer experience, monitors performance analytics, ensures compliant customer communications, and collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Credit, Finance, Marketing, BI, Customer Care, and Retail teams to increase repeat-product sales.

Own the global Workplace IT roadmap across networks, telephony, infrastructure, endpoints, identity, productivity tools, and service management. Lead a multi-country team, manage operating and capital budgets, oversee vendors and contracts, improve security hygiene and resilience, and establish service-level performance standards. The role supports offices, warehouses, retail sites, and call centres across multiple African markets and requires a user-focused approach to scaling IT capabilities.
