Sell and expand implementation services, managed services, and premium support across EMEA. Scope, price, and present service packages; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; partner with direct sales and services teams; manage customer relationships; track pipeline and forecasts; and ensure proposals deliver customer value while protecting margins.

Supports sales teams and partners through enablement, onboarding, CPQ guidance, quote review, pricing approvals, contract coordination, ticket resolution, order processing, booking validation, and partner incentive programs. The role also identifies process improvements, supports automation and AI-assisted workflows, and ensures compliance with Revenue Operations policies. Success requires strong communication, analytical, coaching, problem-solving, numerical, and stakeholder-management skills, along with sales operations or deal desk experience and fluency in English.

Supports revenue operations by enabling sales teams and partners, reviewing quotes, coordinating contract reviews, validating orders, and resolving sales-process issues. Ensures orders contain the information needed for invoicing and booking, supports partner incentive programs, and improves workflows through documentation, automation, and AI-assisted tools. The role also provides training, ticket-based support, sales order entry, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders.
