Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies to generate leads and acquire donors through paid media, email campaigns, automated supporter journeys, and optimized conversion paths. Manage acquisition projects, agencies, campaign performance, testing, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to improve fundraising results, cost per acquisition, and long-term donor value.

Leads MSF OCG’s Learning & Development function, defining strategy, multi-year programs, leadership development, and organization-wide learning approaches. Oversees needs analysis, solution design, delivery, evaluation, team leadership, budget management, and continuous improvement. Advises senior stakeholders, supports HR transformation and talent development, and collaborates across MSF’s international movement to strengthen organizational capabilities and foster an inclusive culture of learning.

Owns the Workday HRIS product and leads the LIGO RUN service delivery team. Responsibilities include roadmap and backlog management, service stability, user adoption, data quality, integrations, governance, team leadership, resource and budget planning, stakeholder coordination, and preparation for transition to an IT-based operating model.
