Manage front-of-house operations each shift to ensure high standards of food, service, cleanliness, safety, staffing, and profitability. Implement initiatives, enforce policies, complete closing duties and reports, maintain POS and back-office operations, and ensure legal and company compliance.

Provide friendly, responsive service to guests ordering food to-go during lunch and dinner. Process orders, ensure accuracy and food safety, assist with packaging and payments, and support a fast-paced restaurant environment while delivering excellent guest service.

Manage restaurant performance each shift by enforcing food, service, cleanliness, safety, staffing, and financial standards. Implement initiatives (menus, training, promotions), complete closing duties and EOD paperwork, maintain facility and exterior, troubleshoot POS/printer issues, ensure legal and policy compliance, and train/hold employees accountable.
