Manage restaurant performance each shift by enforcing food, service, cleanliness, safety, staffing, and financial standards. Implement initiatives (menus, training, promotions), complete closing duties and EOD paperwork, maintain facility and exterior, troubleshoot POS/printer issues, ensure legal and policy compliance, and train/hold employees accountable.

Provide friendly, efficient takeout service: greet guests, take and enter orders into the POS, package orders to standards, manage third-party delivery and pickups, handle payments, assist with curbside delivery, maintain clean service areas, and support the to-go section to ensure accurate, timely, and satisfactory guest experiences.

Manage front-of-house operations each shift to ensure high standards of food, service, cleanliness, safety, staffing, and profitability. Implement initiatives, enforce policies, complete closing duties and reports, maintain POS and back-office operations, and ensure legal and company compliance.
