Greet and assist takeout guests, answer phones, take and package orders in the POS, coordinate third-party deliveries, ensure order accuracy and presentation, handle payments, perform side work, maintain clean service areas, and provide friendly customer service.

Manage restaurant performance each shift by enforcing food, service, cleanliness, safety, staffing, and financial standards. Implement initiatives (menus, training, promotions), complete closing duties and EOD paperwork, maintain facility and exterior, troubleshoot POS/printer issues, ensure legal and policy compliance, and train/hold employees accountable.

Provide friendly, efficient service for takeout orders: greet guests, take and enter orders in POS, manage third-party deliveries, package orders to standards, assist with curbside delivery, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth to-go operations while ensuring food quality and guest satisfaction.
