Leads III-V photonic component manufacturing across Taiwan and Asia, from NPI and process qualification through pilot builds and high-volume production. Manages foundry, OSAT, and contract manufacturing partners; improves wafer, coating, testing, assembly, burn-in, yield, quality, capacity, and reliability. Establishes process controls, analyzes production data, drives corrective actions, supports DFM/DFT, coordinates supply, and reports ramp performance while collaborating with global engineering teams.

Build, align, integrate, and characterize optical subsystems and laboratory setups. Perform optical alignment, system validation, testing, troubleshooting, data analysis, and failure investigations. Develop Python-based automation and analysis tools, support sensor prototyping and manufacturing-process validation, document results, and collaborate with electrical, firmware, DSP, software, and mechanical engineering teams.

Manages daily front-desk and office operations, including visitor reception, badges, mail and packages, meeting-room preparation, supplies, catering, vendors, maintenance requests, workplace events, and employee onboarding or offboarding. Provides reliable on-site coverage, maintains organized shared spaces, supports company meetings and visitors, and delivers administrative and operational support across teams.
