Teams at Lyte

Designs and owns silicon photonic components, subcircuits, and photonic integrated circuits from architecture and simulation through layout, verification, tapeout, and production handoff. Responsibilities include electromagnetic and optical-circuit simulation, PDK and PCell development, Python workflow automation, design verification, optical and system co-design, test structure definition, characterization analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with silicon, packaging, III-V, IC, and operations teams.

Build and lead Lyte’s global People organization as the company scales. Partner with executives on organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy, compensation, performance, employee relations, compliance, and international employment. Establish HR infrastructure, systems, reporting, and scalable programs while supporting technical and operational teams. The role requires a hands-on executive who can build processes from the ground up, advise leaders, manage sensitive employee matters, and develop a lean People team.

Leads Asia-based packaging, assembly, PCBA, and device test operations for NPI and volume production. Collaborates with OSATs, foundries, assembly houses, reliability engineers, and headquarters teams on wafer-level testing, IIIV and CMOS processes, device packaging, module assembly, qualification, and reliability testing. Documents technical results, drives process improvements, supports FMEA and failure analysis, obtains supplier 8D reports, makes project decisions, and expands the regional operations team.
