Build and optimize Lyric’s go-to-market systems, including ICP definition, lead generation, scoring, outbound experiments, CRM data quality, enrichment workflows, funnel reporting, MQL governance, RFP content management, and internal GTM enablement. The role partners across Marketing and Revenue Operations, drives cross-functional projects, and continuously improves revenue processes using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and automation platforms.

Lead Lyric’s marketing strategy and execution across demand generation, field marketing, content, and brand. Build a scalable demand engine, optimize marketing technology and data infrastructure, align marketing and sales around pipeline and revenue goals, and establish forecasting and reporting processes. Recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage external PR, creative, and digital partners, and market complex AI and supply-chain solutions to Fortune 500 and 1000 buyers.

Leads end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programs. Responsibilities include engagement governance, executive stakeholder alignment, solution architecture, modeling, data integration, platform configuration, UAT, change management, adoption, and cross-functional team leadership. The role combines hands-on technical implementation with program management, statement-of-work scoping, risk management, and customer enablement across global enterprise engagements.
