Leads operational readiness and implementation initiatives for new products, services, and capabilities across Client Success. Partners with Product, Engineering, Integration, and business teams to assess impacts, translate technical requirements into scalable workflows, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate readiness activities, and support go/no-go decisions. Develops readiness frameworks, playbooks, metrics, dashboards, and reporting while driving continuous improvement, automation, and organizational preparedness without direct authority.

Leads software QA strategy and execution across implementations, upgrades, and product initiatives. Manages QA teams, test planning, defect triage, automation, metrics, governance, and continuous improvement. Coordinates functional, regression, integration, and performance testing while partnering with Product, Development, Business Analysis, and Project Management. Requires expertise in healthcare claims workflows, test environments, databases, APIs, scripting, and QA tools.

Oversee end-to-end multi-state payroll processing for approximately 450 employees, including payroll inputs, adjustments, audits, reconciliations, tax compliance, and issue resolution. Serve as the Workday Payroll subject matter expert, managing configurations, testing, controls, and change documentation. Coordinate with HR, HRIS, Finance, employees, and third-party payroll providers to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, support regulatory updates, and improve payroll processes.
