Oversee end-to-end multi-state payroll processing for approximately 450 employees, including payroll inputs, adjustments, audits, reconciliations, tax compliance, and issue resolution. Serve as the Workday Payroll subject matter expert, managing configurations, testing, controls, and change documentation. Coordinate with HR, HRIS, Finance, employees, and third-party payroll providers to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, support regulatory updates, and improve payroll processes.

Leads client-facing healthcare software implementation projects from discovery through deployment and adoption. Manages requirements, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, documentation, change management, and stakeholder communications. Serves as the primary client representative while coordinating cross-functional implementation, product, engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams. Drives customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, product adoption, and successful outcomes for healthcare payer clients.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C#/.NET microservices, data pipelines, storage solutions, and external integrations for AI-driven healthcare payment products. Ensure distributed systems are secure, scalable, reliable, observable, and performant. Collaborate with product, architecture, AI, and data teams globally, contribute to technical strategy, mentor engineers, and conduct code reviews. Requires extensive backend engineering experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms.
