Drive retention strategy, executive relationships, cross-functional advocacy, operational excellence, performance tracking, and large-scale engagement campaigns. Communicate clinical outcomes and support finalist/prospect presentations.

Manage and expand customer relationships, drive upsell opportunities, partner with Customer Success Managers, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.

The Brand Manager will oversee and enhance the Lyra Wellbeing brand, engage customers, adapt brand messaging locally, and ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
