The Analytics Engineer will migrate from legacy SQL Server to a modern cloud data stack, design data pipelines, and build a new data model, collaborating with the Business Intelligence team for enhancements.

Lead migration from SQL Server to a Snowflake-based cloud data stack. Build pipelines (Snowpark/Snowpipe), design multi-dimensional star-schema models with Type 2 SCDs, implement dbt ELT processes, and support BI reporting in collaboration with stakeholders and international teams.

Provide short-term, goal-oriented counseling (1–8 sessions) to corporate employees and dependents using evidence-based therapies (CBT, SFBT, ACT). Manage caseloads via Lyra's secure platform, adapt care culturally and linguistically, and maintain administrative compliance while working flexibly as a contracted affiliate.
