Leads a team of Customer Success Managers, driving retention, renewals, revenue expansion, customer satisfaction, forecasting, risk management, executive client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. The role oversees team development, operational consistency, KPI performance, escalations, strategic reporting, and customer relationship management within the employer-sponsored health benefits space.

Leads the Product Implementation team, overseeing product and policy rollouts across provider and client audiences. Develops scalable implementation and launch playbooks, manages change communications, translates clinical and operational priorities into product requirements, and coordinates Product, Engineering, Systems Architecture, Clinical, and business stakeholders. The role also manages team performance, resolves cross-functional risks, supports Salesforce and EHR infrastructure alignment, and evaluates launch adoption and operational metrics.

Lead Lyra Health’s global accounting organization across accounting operations, consolidated reporting, treasury, and financial controls. Build scalable processes, systems, talent, and public-company-ready infrastructure, including SOX compliance and SEC-quality reporting. Drive accounting transformation through standardization, automation, AI, and continuous improvement while strengthening cash management and financial reporting. Partner with senior leadership, develop accounting talent, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and evolving accounting standards.
