Support investments, asset management, and investor relations for multifamily properties by building and maintaining complex Excel pro forma and ad-hoc financial models, performing market and expense research, underwriting acquisitions, preparing CIMs and presentations, tracking property performance and cash flows, and coordinating due diligence and investor reporting.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives: manage calendars and email, coordinate travel and meetings, prepare and proofread correspondence and presentations, process invoices and expenses, maintain files and databases, assist with event logistics, and handle confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Lead sourcing, underwriting, and execution of multifamily and mixed-use acquisitions. Manage deal pipeline, build broker/lender relationships, perform advanced financial modeling and due diligence, negotiate contracts, place equity and debt, and coordinate closings and transition to asset management.
