Leads strategic execution and cross-functional initiatives in partnership with the CEO. Responsibilities include tracking priorities and KPIs, preparing board and investor communications, advising executives through analysis and scenario modeling, facilitating leadership alignment, removing operational bottlenecks, and managing market expansion, product launches, transformation, fundraising, and corporate development initiatives.

Lead the independent Risk & Compliance (Second Line) function, build and evolve risk frameworks, provide oversight and challenge to product/tech/ops, manage regulatory relationships, drive risk reporting, promote risk culture, and enable secure, scalable growth.
