Build and maintain Python automation tools, test frameworks, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines supporting functional, regression, and performance testing. Investigate test and pipeline failures, validate software fixes, improve automation coverage and reliability, and communicate actionable results. Partner with QA, Engineering, and DevOps teams on tooling and enterprise changes. Provide technical guidance, mentor co-op students, support hiring, and report on team progress, risks, priorities, and initiatives.

Develops, integrates, troubleshoots, and tests safety- and mission-critical embedded software for aerospace, defense, and space systems. Responsibilities include C/C++ or Ada development, real-time operating system integration, target-hardware debugging, algorithm integration, full lifecycle development, and collaboration across engineering teams. The role requires an active Secret clearance and 25% travel, with preferred experience in DO-178C, avionics, ARINC 653, MBSE, Python, and Linux kernel development.

Develop and integrate mission-critical software for military aircraft using Open Mission Systems architectures. Responsibilities include C++ development in Linux, middleware and data distribution, service contracts, interface definitions, data modeling, mission-level simulation, integration testing, and third-party application integration. The role requires onsite work, collaboration across engineering teams, technical documentation, and 10% travel. An active Secret clearance and continued eligibility for classified access are required.
