Sells new and used towing equipment, tow trucks, wreckers, rollbacks, and trailers across Indiana. Responsibilities include conducting test drives, negotiating pricing, completing sales paperwork, developing customer relationships, making frequent territory sales calls, managing opportunities and communications in Microsoft CRM, coordinating service and financing activities, and generating warranty, maintenance, and telematics sales.

Sell vehicles by greeting customers, understanding their needs, conducting test drives, providing product guidance, negotiating pricing and terms, completing paperwork, and following up after sales. The dealership provides training, so automotive sales experience is not required. Success requires strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, customer service, professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Oversee dealership accounting and personnel, reconcile bank accounts and schedules, process vehicle registrations and titles, train office assistants, prepare monthly financial statements, and provide sales and expense analysis to management and owners.
