Partner with Head of Operations and COO to shape and execute the operations roadmap. Drive planning, prioritisation, communication, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead special projects including LOMS implementation, product launch coordination, AI/tools adoption, and future operating model design. Ensure regulatory cadence and operational best practices across manufacturing and supply chain sites.

In-house Brand Designer for Partnerships responsible for designing event activations, clinic environments, print collateral, partner toolkits and merchandise. Manage print production and supplier liaison, translate briefs into on-brand creative, maintain visual identity, and collaborate with Partnerships Marketing and Senior Design Lead to deliver projects on time across spatial, print, and digital touchpoints.
