Client-side technical authority for automation projects: review and accept vendor control designs, define WMS and mobile-scanning integrations, specify interfaces, lead FAT/SAT and commissioning, validate safety (AS/NZS 4024), manage vendors/contracts, and deliver cutover, ramp-up and steady-state operations while protecting supply.

Lead Lyka's always-on performance creative system, developing data-driven creative strategies, writing hooks/scripts/copy, running creative experimentation across paid channels, directing production and building scalable asset libraries to drive acquisition and improve ROAS.

Own and administer People systems (especially Rippling), maintain SOPs and data integrity, manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, produce People reporting, support cyclical People programs, and run People Ops projects while partnering with Payroll, Finance and Legal.
