Lyghtning is a web-based mobile-enabled software platform, on which Independent Consultants and Client Organizations are matched to deliver project based work.

Lyghtning utilizes data to accurately match a Consultant and Client. The self-service platform drives value on both sides of the contracting equation: Consultants maximize earnings delivering projects for a wide variety of Client Organizations, and the Client works with qualified Consultants to meet a specific project need.
