Provides in-person customer support for Flexdrive’s vehicle rental process, including check-in, vehicle assignments, returns, and issue resolution. Prepares rental vehicles by fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, completing inspections, and maintaining compliance documents. Manages vehicle lot organization, transportation, and daily rental operations while escalating issues and delivering high-quality service.

Contribute to designing, training, testing, and deploying machine learning models and production pipelines. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and ML engineers to solve business problems, analyze data, communicate findings, and participate in code and specification reviews. The intern will apply research papers in working code, build efficient ML workflows, and develop high-quality software in a collaborative environment.

Data Analyst Intern supporting Lyft Urban Solutions by developing reporting frameworks, defining performance metrics, building dashboards, diagnosing KPI trends, and delivering reliable insights to city partners. The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Finance teams to improve bikeshare fleet management, pricing, accessibility, and infrastructure decisions.
