Teams at Lyft

The analyst will identify opportunities in Lyft's top regions, influencing strategies and improving marketplace performance through data analysis and collaboration with teams.

Lead cross-functional loyalty product initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch. Drive program planning, dependency management, KPI ownership, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications. Partner with engineering, product, data science, design, analytics, and operations to deliver iterative features that increase rider retention and lifetime value, including regulatory and compliance-driven efforts.

Review safety incidents and deactivation decisions to protect Lyft riders and drivers. Investigate cases, apply deactivation policies, document findings, communicate empathetically, and resolve escalations while meeting SLAs and quality metrics.
