Lycoming College Benefits Overview

Leads the College’s accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll coordination, reporting, audits, budgeting, cash management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Supervises Business Office staff, oversees financial systems and process improvements, supports forecasting and long-term planning, and communicates financial information to campus stakeholders and senior leadership.

Lead and develop Lycoming College's Entrepreneurship program as the Sloter Endowed Chair. Teach undergraduate courses (typical load 3-3 or 3-2), design curriculum, mentor and advise students, lead co-curricular entrepreneurial activities (incubators, pitch competitions), coordinate internships and applied experiences with CEAE, and engage the college and local community to expand experiential learning opportunities.
