Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain ATS records (Workday), support recruiters with scheduling and sourcing, prepare interview materials, and contribute to TA projects to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Serve as the strategic partner and executive interface for 30+ enterprise accounts. Drive adoption, onboarding, renewals, upsell, and product feedback. Monitor account health, resolve escalations, deliver data-driven Executive Business Reviews, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize client ROI and retention.

Provide legal counsel on privacy, data protection, AI regulation, and commercial technology agreements. Support product, engineering, and commercial teams by drafting and negotiating contracts (DPAs, MSAs, SOWs), responding to privacy/security due diligence, and evolving privacy program governance. Monitor regulatory developments, translate risk into operational strategy, implement legal templates/playbooks, and leverage AI tools to optimize legal workflows.
