Lead end-to-end product design for a core product area, from user research and problem framing through polished, developer-ready experiences. Conduct interviews and testing, collaborate with product managers and engineers, design accessible workflows and edge cases, prototype concepts, and contribute to reusable design-system patterns. The role requires independent ownership, strong UX and visual craft, clear communication, and active participation in design critique and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead the Client Success organization, including CSM managers and their teams. Own gross and net retention, renewals, expansion, forecasting, client health scoring, segmentation, playbooks, and QBRs. Hire, coach, and manage performance while building scalable operating infrastructure. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product to improve client outcomes. Use data, AI, and automation to increase team capacity and strengthen client coverage.

Build and scale internal tools for Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering. Own full-stack product development across React and NestJS, integrate CRM, warehouse, and communications platforms, design GraphQL APIs, process background jobs, and improve internal workflows. Act autonomously as both product manager and lead engineer, using AI-assisted development to ship reliable, observable software rapidly.
