Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales inquiries for luxury travel packages. Provide accurate service and pricing information, recommend suitable solutions, explain upgrades, follow up on leads, achieve sales KPIs, and resolve customer complaints. The role requires strong communication, customer-service, and phone-based sales skills, flexible availability across evenings and weekends, and a competitive, goal-driven approach.

Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices in a cross-functional team. Apply agile, TDD, and CI/CD practices, monitor system reliability, resolve issues, and provide technical leadership and mentorship while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Drive product initiatives from ideation to launch to support global expansion. Define strategy to increase conversion and margin, translate strategy into requirements and prototypes, manage agile delivery, run experiments and A/B tests, analyze product metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams.
