Own and improve corporate systems across identity, devices, Azure, Microsoft 365, networks, and security. Manage Entra ID, Fortinet infrastructure, Intune, Jamf, Defender, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud authentication. Implement ISO 27001 controls, respond to security incidents, resolve complex issues, support service desk operations, automate access workflows, manage vendors, and mentor team members. The role is primarily in-person in Sydney with occasional travel to Melbourne offices and retail stores and occasional after-hours support.

Test web and mobile features end-to-end, identify and document bugs and usability issues, perform exploratory and regression testing, monitor production feedback, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to improve customer experience and platform quality.

Own the Information Security Management System and ISO 27001 certification programme, including audits, risk management, control testing, evidence collection, vendor assessments, privacy and PCI DSS compliance, incident coordination, security awareness, and customer assurance. The role coordinates executives, Engineering, IT, architecture, system owners, vendors, and external privacy specialists while tracking remediation and ongoing assurance activities.
