Sell INFINITI vehicles by prospecting leads, managing the full sales cycle (greeting, test drives, deal structuring, delivery), staying current on inventory/promotions, delivering excellent customer service to earn repeat business, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Greet and assist dealership clients, maintain reception coverage, record customer contacts in CRM, support sales team tasks, handle review responses, and follow company policies to ensure excellent customer service.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by understanding product features, building rapport, following up with leads, completing sales profitably, and using the dealership CRM for phone/email/text outreach. Participate in training and maintain vehicle inspection and customer service standards.
