Develop and enhance the company’s Microsoft Business Central ERP system, implement business-specific solutions and upgrades, build third-party integrations, optimize Microsoft SQL Server performance, resolve bugs, refactor code, conduct testing, document solutions, and provide third-level support. Collaborate with stakeholders and the ERP development team on complex e-commerce projects.

Provide high-level support to the CEO by managing a complex calendar, stakeholder communication, briefings, international travel, and confidential matters. Lead and develop a small administrative team, optimize processes, manage hiring/onboarding, and run projects, executive events, and budget tracking to ensure smooth operational coverage.

Supports the Size and Fit team with daily activities, sizing and fabric technicality research, and related tasks. The intern applies fashion product knowledge, understanding of international womenswear and menswear sizing, and strong organizational and communication skills in an on-site studio environment.
