Support month-end close by preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheets and inventory, producing management accounts and sales analysis, maintaining PCAOB-aligned internal controls, driving process improvements, and partnering with stakeholders and external advisors on ad-hoc finance projects.

Provide high-level support to the CEO by managing a complex calendar, stakeholder communication, briefings, international travel, and confidential matters. Lead and develop a small administrative team, optimize processes, manage hiring/onboarding, and run projects, executive events, and budget tracking to ensure smooth operational coverage.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for luxury brands, partner with hiring managers, design assessment and sourcing strategies, deliver high-touch interview experiences, build external partnerships, and support employer branding and recruitment projects.
