Provide first-line support for urgent data requests, screening and troubleshooting issues with SQL. Prioritize operational requirements, coordinate bug routing with Engineering, translate business needs into data requirements, and manage responses to critical issues such as attribution discrepancies, GA4 tracking problems, and pipeline failures. The role also supports data product governance, documentation, quarterly planning, stakeholder communication, adoption, and lifecycle management.

Supports production systems and investigates platform errors, order-management issues, and incidents. Maintains e-commerce CMS content, coordinates QA and UAT testing, tracks bugs, documents resolutions, and collaborates with Engineering, Product, and Business teams. The role monitors order flows between e-commerce and ERP systems, escalates critical issues, communicates impacts and resolution timelines, and supports continuous process improvement.

Support and coordinate the end-to-end photo production cycle for the Milan studio: assist on sets with technical photography knowledge, oversee image quality and retouching standards, organize scheduling and bookings, ensure careful product handling, and deliver final assets on time.
