Maintains supply chain tools and trackers while driving process improvements across international partners.

Own end-to-end firmware architecture and delivery for connected locker, gateway, and access hardware. Responsibilities include hardware bring-up, embedded C/C++ development, RTOS integration, wireless connectivity, OTA update pipelines, device management, fleet telemetry, production reliability, manufacturing validation, technical documentation, and cross-functional technical leadership.

Drive outbound sales development by re-engaging existing opportunities, prospecting new markets, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, supporting trade shows, maintaining accurate CRM records, and achieving recurring sales goals. The role requires confident phone and written communication, persistence, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with complex learning requirements.
