Own commercial sales for reusable satellite services, converting demand from payload developers, research and manufacturing companies, and hardware makers into signed, revenue-bearing contracts. Responsibilities include originating and closing hosted payload, flight qualification, and recurring mission-service deals; structuring pricing and repeatable agreements; leading proposals and negotiations; coordinating with engineering and counsel; and maintaining an accurate commercial pipeline.

Owns end-to-end execution of government aerospace flight programs from contract award through requirements, development, integration, flight, and closeout. Responsibilities include integrated scheduling, critical-path management, risk and change control, cost-to-complete reporting, customer and contract deliverables, review gates, and cross-functional execution across engineering and operations. The role also establishes scalable program-management processes and supports multiple concurrent missions.
