Own ambiguous product problems across consumer and business fintech audiences, including acquisition, activation, onboarding, account and card products, and financial insights. Identify opportunities through quantitative analysis, user research, and market research; prototype and prioritize solutions; make trade-offs independently; and guide initiatives from problem framing through shipment. The role reports to the Head of Product and works closely with designers and engineers in a small product organization.

Lead workforce planning, labor forecasting, staffing allocation, resource request fulfillment, and utilization reporting for industrial automation projects. Manage third-party labor providers, maintain workforce qualifications and access records, support project readiness reviews, and own workforce tracking tools and allocation processes. Partner with project, site execution, sales, operations, and executive teams to optimize staffing and improve operational performance. Spanish-English bilingual communication is required.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and payment infrastructure using NestJS/TypeScript on GCP. Implement ledger systems, payment processing pipelines, and secure APIs, ensure scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance (PCI, SOC 2), manage infrastructure as code, and collaborate with product and compliance teams to deliver production-grade financial systems.
