Leads enterprise technology architecture, applications, cybersecurity governance, cloud solutions, integrations, and technology optimization. Partners with organizational leaders and IT Operations to improve security, reliability, interoperability, user experience, and service delivery. Oversees Enterprise Applications and Cybersecurity teams, manages technology governance and vendor relationships, evaluates emerging technologies, and drives strategic initiatives. Requires regular travel between worksites and may require background, driving-record, and state or program clearances.

Leads fundraising and advancement for the Compass division, including donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, portfolio management, revenue forecasting, and fundraising strategy. Supervises Advancement staff, builds relationships with individual, corporate, foundation, faith-based, and community donors, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, manages donor data, and represents the organization with stakeholders. Regular travel to worksites, donors, partners, and events is required.

Develops and manages strategic corporate partnerships that generate revenue, sponsorships, in-kind support, and community investment. Responsibilities include prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, partnership activation, reporting, renewals, stakeholder engagement, fundraising strategy, and representing the organization at corporate and community events. The role collaborates with program, advancement, communications, and executive leaders while traveling regularly throughout the Greater Puget Sound region.
