Teams at Luther Seminary

Provides IT support for designated administrative and academic departments at Luther Seminary and Augsburg University. Builds constituent relationships, delivers first-level troubleshooting for Mac, PC, telecommunications, classroom, and conferencing systems, monitors support channels, documents solutions, develops training materials, identifies support trends, recommends technology resources, supervises student workers, and collaborates with IT teams on systems, networking, and technology projects.
