The Floor Leader at Lush enhances customer experiences and leads a team, ensuring operational excellence and providing training. Responsibilities include coaching, store management, and embodying Lush’s values for customer service.

Supports accounts payable operations by managing the centralized inbox, routing and validating invoices, reconciling vendor statements, coding and allocating invoices, assisting with month-end accruals and account reconciliations, processing mail, maintaining records, and preparing reports. The role requires accurate, timely work, strong communication, initiative, deadline management, and collaboration in a fast-paced hybrid finance environment.

Accurately weigh, measure, inspect, and mix raw materials according to approved cosmetic formulas and production processes. Ensure batches meet quality, safety, sanitation, and GMP standards while maintaining required documentation. Coordinate production flow, support staff training, perform basic AX functions, clean equipment, reduce waste, and contribute to Lean continuous improvement. The role requires physical work, flexibility across manufacturing areas, and availability for varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
