Performs month-end close, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, variance analysis, accruals, lease and occupancy accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and compliance activities. The role also manages landlord reporting, intercompany invoicing, payment matching, and cross-departmental finance coordination across Canadian and US entities.

Processes and validates vendor invoices, manages the accounts payable inbox, reconciles vendor statements and accounts, supports month-end accruals, handles mail and document filing, and prepares reports. The role requires accuracy, organization, communication, initiative, and the ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment while working independently and collaboratively.

Leads North American brand program management, overseeing project workflows, campaign prioritization, budgets, resourcing, launches, and cross-functional delivery. Manages and develops Brand Project Managers while partnering with Marketing, PR, Creative, Finance, global teams, agencies, vendors, and leadership. Establishes processes, tracks performance, manages changing priorities, and supports strategic implementation of global brand initiatives.
