The Payroll Manager will oversee the full payroll cycle for all regional entities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and managing payroll systems and processes effectively. They will collaborate with the Finance team and maintain partnerships with third-party payroll providers.

Lead cash, liquidity, funding and FX/crypto exposure strategy across Luno's markets. Forecast and optimise fiat and crypto liquidity, manage banking and payment provider relationships and KYC onboarding, prepare licensing and capital requirement analysis, deliver liquidity performance reporting, support product launches and expansion, drive process improvements and mentor junior treasury operations staff.

Lead and execute risk-based internal audits focused on compliance, maintain the audit universe, and deliver high-quality audit reports. Support combined assurance and issue remediation, cultivate auditee relationships, and ensure audits follow International Standards and internal methodology.
