Design, prototype, fabricate, test, and iterate high-consequence mechanical hardware for pulsed power systems. Responsibilities include DFM, FDM and SLS 3D printing, transitioning prototypes to cast or injection-molded parts, designing high-voltage test fixtures, and packaging complete systems. The role emphasizes hands-on building, complex CAD modeling, rapid learning, and safe work around high voltage and energetic materials.

Design, iterate, and test novel pulsed power systems and prototypes; perform LTSpice modeling, electrostatic and high-voltage testing, diagnostics development, fabrication, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication. Must work on-site in Houston and travel to field as needed.

Design, model, build, test, and improve metal and metal-oxide additive manufacturing components and processes. Perform first-principles analysis and COMSOL multiphysics modeling, develop process sequences and parameters to improve printed part quality, drive component-level design trades, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver flight-capable space additive manufacturing systems.
