Develop and maintain embedded firmware across the full stack (bootloader to application), optimize edge performance, port and maintain RTOS, build platform firmware (flash file systems, comm stacks), integrate hardware/software, participate in design reviews, support testing, reliability, and manufacturing with firmware features and debugging.

Manage multi-modal freight movements, ensure compliance with import/export regulations, analyze tariff structures, and optimize carrier performance. Lead vendor relationships and onboard internal personnel.

Responsible for growing battery sales in the residential installer channel by managing sales processes, training partners, and ensuring effective communication of customer needs.
