Lunar Energy Benefits Overview

Designs complete PCB layouts for energy storage products, including through-hole, SMT, mixed-signal, high-speed, high-voltage, and high-power boards. Creates schematic symbols and footprints, collaborates with electrical and mechanical engineers on placement and board-level issues, and produces manufacturing documentation. The role also addresses signal and power integrity, thermal and mechanical constraints, manufacturability, PCB materials, stack-up design, and production readiness while driving projects through completion.

Ensure reliability of power electronics and battery products throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include setting reliability targets, providing Design for Reliability input, leading DFMEA, developing accelerated life test plans, monitoring field performance, conducting failure analysis, identifying root causes, and driving corrective actions and product improvements. The role requires expertise in power electronics failure physics, component failure modes, reliability statistics, and analytical techniques such as microscopy, SEM, CSAM, X-ray, cross-sectioning, and EDX.
