Supports project managers throughout entertainment design and technology projects by coordinating schedules, meetings, documentation, budgets, vendors, clients, deliverables, risks, and project communications. The role assists with planning, procurement, installation, content integration, and closeout while maintaining accurate records and tracking deadlines. It is a part-time remote position averaging 10–20 hours weekly, with approximately 10% travel and potential progression toward project management responsibilities.
