Manages a marketing team and cross-functional partners while supporting market expansion, menu promotions, brand reputation, and revenue growth.

Manage supply chain operations for a multi-unit restaurant system, including inventory availability, purchasing, distributor and supplier partnerships, pricing audits, rebates, and cost control. Coordinate supply chain readiness for new restaurant openings, menu launches, and limited-time offerings. Maintain accurate product and inventory data, resolve product gaps, support recalls, and drive process improvements across distributors, suppliers, Finance, Culinary, Operations, Training, and Marketing.

The Director of Supply Chain will lead procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics, distribution, supplier partnerships, forecasting, and supply chain strategy for a growing restaurant organization. Responsibilities include managing a $50M+ purchasing portfolio, negotiating supplier agreements, reducing costs, overseeing distribution partners, supporting new restaurant openings, developing KPIs and dashboards, collaborating across departments, and leading the supply chain team.
