Leads the strategic direction, administration, and growth of career and technical education, workforce development, and community education programs. Oversees academic and non-credit offerings, faculty and staff, budgets, compliance, technology implementation, reporting, employer and community partnerships, grants collaboration, career fairs, and work-based learning initiatives. Supports student career readiness, institutional planning, and workforce outcomes while ensuring programs align with industry and community needs.

Supports executive and finance staff with accounting, budgeting, purchasing, payroll, benefits, contracts, audits, and financial reporting. Uses Workday for transactions, payables, receivables, employee records, payroll, and reporting. Provides event registration, technology support, HR onboarding, office administration, vendor coordination, project tracking, and committee support. May supervise student workers and assist with special projects and events.

Manages day-to-day operations of a college satellite location, supporting faculty, staff, students, and community members. Responsibilities include outreach and student recruitment, budget monitoring, facilities coordination, enrollment assistance, reporting, stakeholder relationship management, and collaboration with campus departments. The role also supports educational program development, mentorship initiatives, committee activities, and other satellite campuses. Evening, weekend, and multi-site travel may be required.
